I had problems with check-in, it took very long time, but the manager helped me on WhatsApp. There's no any sign in the airport, its was difficult to get nd the place. So generally it took me an hour to get inside the cabin. All emails and information, even this survey are in Italian. Why? It is for tourists, most people of the world don't know Italian. It was very confusing. So much info and email are in Italian. Very strange. It's a pity that you can't take shower. But everything else was on the good level. I also think that the price is a bit high. Generally I've liked the stay. It was very helpful as my flight arrived very late. Thanks for this possibility!

It was a pod. The bed was like a doctor’s exam table. Same type of paper covering. Ventilator, no air conditioning.

The website says for Venice airport zzz rooms that it’s just a room (perfect!) and that public washrooms and showers are available (great!), HOWEVER… washrooms yes, public/ for rent showers..after a long hot summers day of exploring the city and travelling to Venice NO SHOWERS IN THE AIRPORT, this a serious mistake they made on the website. I had a few questions for “Sara” who messaged me on whats app and she was extremely rude saying I shouldn’t be so “nit picky” and it is what it is, denying the screenshots from their website provided. I asked for assistance when it came to the code to get in, I ended up figuring out on my own to put # after the code, as it was not mentioned until later. Extremely unfriendly and the worst customer service. She also told me to use airport wifi, instead of the one included, which again I found on my own, ( airport wifi cuts out after a few minutes). The room also smelled like chemicals and I had several people try and enter my room and someone banging on my door in the middle of the night, I woke up and almost stepped on a lady because she slept directly in front of the room doors. Also the airport is full and cleaners and other passengers, and people trying to gain access throughout the night with a beeping code and door turning. can make it tricky to sleep. Also as a single woman traveller there is an added fear with the repeated attempts to get in. I’ve stayed at a number of other hotels and rooms and this was by far the most stressful.

Obviously the proximity was the draw. When I’m tired I get cold. Would get a better rating had there been a nice cotton comforter. Something washable and reusable.

Convenient and secure. but bed was uncomfortable and the checkin screen didn't work. To their credit, when I contacted them thru Whatsapp they replied almost immediately and were helpful. The bed mattress cover was torn and it was covered in a disposable sheet that didn't stay in place. No blanket, and built in pillow was too firm and thick. Bathroom was the airport bathroom about 100 feet away in the ticketing area.

Don’t do it. It’s like sleeping on a hospital trolly. The bed sheet was sliding everywhere and the fan sounded like a jet fighter and made absolutely no difference. You are better off sleeping on a chair for the night.

The pod could likely be fine if two areas are addressed. The bed is covered in a material that doesn’t breathe and heats up a lot, making it pretty uncomfortable. Secondly, it gets hot in the pod and the fan does almost nothing to circulate air in the pod. It made for a fairly uncomfortable experience.

To whom it may concern, My stay at Zzzleepandgo Venezia Airport was unpleasant due to the following reasons: 1. The door code didn’t work at all, even after I called Zzzleepandgo customer service multiple times. Toni provided me with the original password, which didn’t work, and then an updated password, which also didn’t work. As a result, I couldn’t leave the sleeping pod to go to the toilet. Each time I needed to leave the pod for emergencies such as using the toilet or brushing my teeth, I had to call Toni to open the door remotely, incurring international calling charges multiple times. Very bad! 2. The WiFi didn’t work despite being given a password and then a renewed password from Toni. The WiFi didn’t work at the sleeping pod. 3. There was no air conditioning in the sleeping pod. It was warm before midnight but cold after midnight due to Venice's weather conditions. I developed a cold because I fell asleep before midnight and didn’t have sufficient covers. Very frustrating and disappointing, indeed. I request a refund and compensation.

DO NOT BOOK a capsule within 24/48 hours of your stay as the booking is NOT processed - this was explained to me by Expedia themselves when I told them I wasn’t able to access my capsule - this company have a history of this and (after) you book this caveat is then made clear to you - so be warned! I paid for a capsule on the same morning I needed somewhere to stay, but when my flight arrived at midnight I still hadn’t received my “entry code” even though I had paid in full. I called the number stuck to the capsule door only to be told that I was not on their “list” so even though I had paid 16 hours earlier I wasn’t allowed access to a capsule and slept on the airport floor. Just so people are aware - this is NOT a hotel - even though they purport to be - it is four tin cans at the end of the airport. There is no 24 hour booking desk onsite (you need to call an Italian phone number) so make sure you have roaming! The “shared bathroom” are LITERALLY the airport toilets (the capsules inside have a narrow single bed) which you can see clearly by peering through the glass window of the capsule. The “free Wi-Fi” that this “hotel” apparently provides is LITERALLY the 25mps provided free by the Marco Polo Airport. Another point was a man from a capsule mentioned (while I was trying to sleep on the airport floor) that noise from the airport itself is compounded on the inside due to the metal construction of the capsule. So ALL noises reverberate inside the tin capsule!

Could not check in at 8pm Monitors not working No way to know which unit I was assigned to Had to start several chats to get answers about access etc, took almost an hour. So now it’s approx 9pm. Get the issue here ? Airport location Unit assignment Access code Additionally: People constantly knocking on the door Attempting to access Not zzz’s fault, but it’s an issue that exists.
