I had an enjoyable stay here (spent 3 nights). The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. Breakfast was great. Liked the option of choosing full Jamaican or continental breakfast. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We even got mangoes. They feel while we were waiting. We will definitely return.

My name is Michelle W and I am a forever returned guest once there is room availability there. I stayed 4 nights only as I came to lay my mom to rest.. a very sad occasion. I love the community environment at Altamont Court Hotel. On Tuesday night I went to the restaurant and Ms. Claudette was the server. She saw me all bent over rubbing my stomach. She came over, inquired what was wrong. I told her that I haven't been eating properly since the passing of my mom. She immediately went into help mode, got me tea to drink and then a nice bowl of pumpkin cream soup. Before, I left the restaurant, my stomach pain stopped, I was walking uprightly and feeling much better. Thanks to the management for having Ms. Claudette as a light and an asset to your company. The front desk staff is very hospitable. Phillip, I was so happy to see him again on Friday, which he said that he was filling in for another worker. The CEO's, are very hospitable and will speak and engage with their guests. You will see them in passing and will never know who they are because they blends in with the guests and I appreciate that level of humility. For my cons, this trip was the only time that there were multiple conversations about the breakfast. It wasn't tasty and was late. Servers kept apologizing because the food finished and more had to be cooked. I believe because it was cooked rushed, it wasn't enjoyable as before and so many of the food was wasted..I dislike to see food wasted. Thank you

The front desk staff was polite and accommodating. The bedroom was clean and had no unpleasant smells. The bathroom was clean and the shower curtain was spotless. The restaurant staff was polite and attentive. Kalliesha was my server for both dinner and breakfast and she was courteous and polite to everyone. She encouraged me to try dessert which was delicious and a generous helping of bread pudding hit the spot for me. If I have to visit Kingston again, it will be at Altamonte Court Hotel.

Even though my stay there was only 2 nights. The experience was amazing. Well prepared breakfast each morning was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. The only flaw to the room was the shower opening. When taking a shower, the water splashed and pooled outside quite a bit.

Looks better in person. Hopefully the owner upgrade the furnitures. Has lots of potential to be bigger and better because they did an excellent job with training their staff- very delightful, professional, pleasant and welcoming. Resolved issues quickly. Not everywhere you go you find that quality of staff. I would encourage the owner to capitalize on that and add some upgrades to make it more modern. I would definitely go back. I

The room was cleaned and linen changed every day. Food was excellent and they serve a variety of local cuisine which is what I was looking for. The grounds was well maintained and cozy and location is not too far from New Kingston. We enjoyed our stay there, would book again.
