I stayed here with my niece, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful beach view. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. A big shout-out to Yvonne from the breakfast team, she made our mornings even more enjoyable! It’s great to see that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is definitely a plus as I’ll be looking forward to returning to upgraded rooms. We especially loved spending time by the pool, particularly in the evenings. The gardens and surrounding greenery are also very well maintained, kudos to the gardening team for keeping everything in such great condition. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meals throughout our stay. The only thing I missed was having snacks available to purchase on-site. However, the new Breakfast Supervisor explained that the gift shop is currently out of service due to renovations, but it will be back once everything is complete, which is good to know. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Peaceful and clean, helpful and professional staff, beautiful scenery, excellent food. I grew up in that town and love that they employ some locals. I was treated like royalty even by the staff who didn’t know me. I was feeling nostalgic and proud, The hotel is a hidden gem and less than 10 minutes away from the airport and walking distance from the historic Fort Charles, Giddy House, Old Naval Hospital and lots more.

The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff was very accommodating. This place has a rich history which dates back to centuries. A staff member patiently shared that long history with me. Don’t hesitate to book and the view of the harbor is magnificent.

We travelled as two couples & were lucky enough to stay in the King Rooms, following an upgrade! Which we greatly appreciated. Our third time here and we never regret booking. The staff are amazing the rooms were spotless (albeit a few mosquitoes arrived, but were soon dealt with once reported). They are renovating parts of the property, but no noise or inconvenience. The management, with Katherine, executive Sous Chef, Yvonne (and others whose names we cannot remember), went out of their way to ensure our three nights stay was memorable. We enjoyed every moment and will surely return again. It’s within walking distance to a lovely beach, Gloria’s restaurants, Giddy house, with all of its history, was very informative. Also a wonderful cruise around the harbour, a definite must do! Do not hesitate to book this hotel. Highly recommended.

WiFi needs to be improved, as there is currently no connection available in the rooms. For guests traveling from America who rely on in-room WiFi, this is a significant inconvenience. Additionally, more electrical outlets should be installed in each room—especially in the bathroom—to allow guests to comfortably use personal care devices such as hair tools. I only stayed one night but great customer service. The receptionist was great. I had a problem with my room and was moved immediately. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was no hot water. Not sure why and I was too exhausted to find out. It’s very close to the airport that’s why I stayed there. I will definitely stay there again if I have an early flight.

Room was very nice and clean, restaurant was outstanding - I got snapper Escovitch and shrimp martini. The view is unbeatable in Port Royale. Very calm atmosphere and they will arrange pickup for airport 24/7.
