This hotel is extremely convenient if you have an early flight to catch the next day, as it is located right at the airport. One of the highlights is the free breakfast, which starts as early as 6:00 AM—perfect for early birds. Guests also get complimentary access to the airport’s hot spring (Onsen) facilities, which is a fantastic way to relax. However, do note that they have a strict policy regarding tattoos, so you won’t be able to enter if you have any. Overall, everything was decent. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The only downsides are that the building feels a bit dated, and the wait times for the elevators can be quite long. Despite being a little old, it's still a solid choice for a stress-free airport stay!

Honestly great accommodation options if you arrive late or are leaving early. Entrance is within hotel and so no need to account for transit time and staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself is a bit dated, but clean and more than acceptable for an overnight stay. For facing the runway and gates it was almost no noise and the ease of checking out was high. Totally recommend for transit stays

New Chitose Airport opens at 06:20 AM to 11:00 PM. Time varies according to the season.
