When my reservation was made, I found that the room's type was incorrect. But, the hotel did, and did do its best to fix it. That says a lot to me. The room is a decent size and well-equipped. The staff was great throughout the stay and accommodating to all of my requests. For the wonderful location it's almost a third of the train station.

Our group of three stayed here for two rooms during the cherry blossom season, just before Golden Week. The hotel appeared to have just undergone renovations and to be extremely welcoming. Breakfast was included in our hotel rate, and it was a good selection. dishes were promptly replenished, and the choice was adequate for me. After our night in Tokyo, the service staff was friendly, helping us to fill out the forms needed to deliver our luggage to our Tokyo hotel. The location was excellent, just a few steps from Hiroshima station. A visitor would always want to take a taxi from the hotelstation to Hiroshima Castle Park, Apple Park, etc., and other inexpensive fare includes Hiroshima Castle Park, etc. The newly renovated room had excellent water pressure and ventilation. The water pressure and ventilation were good, but do not extend the curtain completely, as air from the outside will keep the room temperature comfortable enough. The hotel had a well-stocked souvenir shop and 24/7 access to the 711. My travel agent has informed me that this is the finest hotel in Hiroshima at the moment. I would not think twice to visit here again when I return.

It was acceptable. Because I booked late for a night during the cherry blossom festival, I most likely received the worst hotel room. It is very possible that other accommodations are much better. Our accommodation was tiny, just a little bigger than the bed. It was serviceable. Because there were no nonsmoking rooms available, it was a smoking room. The staff was accommodating enough, but none I encountered spoke more than a few words of English. You can buy time cards and coffeedrinks near the elevators. There is a 711 downstairs, which is convenient, and the bus stoptrain station is right outside the lobby door, which is also convenient. However, the fact that you can hear a train every night. Even on the ground floor where I was. I paid a little over $ 300 equivalent for the purchase, but it might be that the prices were higher during festival hours.

The room was small like a lot of Japanese hotel rooms. The bathroom was very small, but no points against them for that. There was nothing wrong with the room. Everything was just average. I stayed for one night and parking costs 3100 yen. So don't park across the street from it.

This hotel has a strategic location that is in the center of the city, it's easy to enjoy when you stay here. The staff was very nice. Then, the room was pleasant. After that, the food was delicious. Subsequently, the atmosphere was so cozy.

This place was great. We reserved this hotel three months in advance and had nearly the last room as we came right at the start of the cherry blossom festival. The rooms are small like all hotels here, just the way it is and if you get a twin single, you lose most of the floor space as the second bed is a wall foldout. If you have a baby like us, most travel portacots wouldnt fit, we took a Phil ted travel bassinet and had no problems. The rooms are old but comfortable. Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and Western options. also amazing view of wake wake. It is a 20 minute walk to the train, and 20 minutes walk to the castle. There are many local restaurants just out the front door, and people everywhere are friendly. The hotel staff was very polite and when we arrived and had trouble with the pram there was no lift to ground level, a gentleman grabbed our pram and carried it all the way up two flights. Commitment! Overall, a good stay in a great location.
