■Information regarding revision of parking lot fees■

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Art Hotel Joetsu.
Due to the cost of snow removal during the winter and changes in social conditions in recent years, we have decided to revise the parking fee.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and once again appreciate your understanding regarding the parking fee revisions, and thank you for your continued patronage.

【New Price】
Standard car: JPY 700 per night
Microbus: JPY 2,000 per night
Large medium-sized bus: JPY 3,500 per night

Cancellation policy is different for each rate plans. Please check rate plan details.
For limited housekeeping plan,

* No room cleaning will be available including bed making, changing ashtray and collecting waste.
* If guests would like to have the towels changed, please ask at the front desk. (Only face towel, bath towel, bath mat may be exchanged for free)
* Additional charges apply if guests would like to have room cleaning services, including changing bed linen and bath amenities.
[Over 4 nights stay]
* From the first to the third day, no room cleaning will be available including bed making, changing ashtray and collecting waste.
* Room cleaning is available once every fourth days and takes place between 11:00 AM and 04:00 PM.
* If guests would like to have the towels changed, please ask at the front desk. (Only face towel, bath towel, bath mat may be exchanged for free)
* Additional charges apply if guests would like to have room cleaning services, including changing bed linen and bath amenities.
There is an additional breakfast charge for children. Please contact the property directly for more information.
To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
