[Confirmation of Number of Guests]
Please ensure that the number of guests arriving matches the number provided at the time of reservation.
Additional guests on the day will be charged an additional fee. However, depending on the day (due to being fully booked, etc.), we may not be able to accept it.
If there are any changes to the number of guests, including children sharing beds, please make sure to inform us and update your reservation in advance.
Additionally, guests who are 12 years old (Junior high school students) and above are considered as adults and cannot share beds.

Starting 1 July 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in.
The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:
【Accommodation Tax from 1 July 2026, onwards】
For all room rates: JPY 200 per person per night

Additional conditions:
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.
Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. For details, please check the official site of each local government or contact the hotel directly.
