I would definitely recommend staying here if you go as a couple and the only reason i wouldnt stay here on my next trip to tokyo is unless ive stayed in and explored s another part of the city. I remained here in december 2019 and it was fantastic, and in my opinion, so was the price. The owner, whose name he remembers correctly, showed us to our room and all the little instructions we needed. Given its location in the heart of tokio, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, cozy, with utensils provided. A washing machine was useful. There was hardly any room for me to leave because it felt so warm and comfortable there, but the bed was also very comfortable. Very useful air conditioning, along with an efficient kitchenette. Although the hotel is hidden down an alley, it is peaceful and quiet, yet it has everything lacked.

This place is located in a quiet area of quirky ktown. We feel at home in the polished concrete suave apartment, which has light on both sides and incredibly minimalist design. Jeffrey was hospitable and communicated flawlessly. The washing machine is iotas greatest convenience for travelers.

I heartily suggest it to all of my friends. It is a newly constructed, spotless, and peaceful location to stay. Jr. Okubo station is only ten minutes walk away.

We had a great time during our visit. There are numerous supermarkets and dining options close by, and the area is quite safe and serene. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to convenient subway stations.

The room is comfortable and clean. The facilities are very good and convenient, there is a washing machine and microwave provided. There is also tasty kitchen with plates, cups and utensils. Checkin and checkout process are excellent. Staff are also very responsive to texts. Dissatisfaction 1. There was no floor mat to dry damp feet. Cold winter air escapes through the window gap to enter the room. 3. The kitchen sink tap water and heater in the rooms heat up quite slowly. 4. No proper toilet basin overall, the accommodation is still very nice and comfortable at i would recommend people to stay here and even consider rebooking the hotel on my next trip to tokyo.

This is a fantastic hotel to use as your base in tokyo. It is clean and comfortable, located in secluded neighborhood but close to shijuku, 5 minutes from two different jr metro lines, equipped with kitchenettes and washing machines.

The location is good. The rooms are very small and the beds are not very comfortable. I mean the bed is too soft for me but its fine. Only problem i had was that they didnt take garbage out of our room or change sheets for the entire week we stayed there. Very close to shinokubo station which is right by all major cities like shimizu and shibuya.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is good. Due to the proximity of train stations, the location is quite convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

There is lone drawback to this blib being that there is no storage space for luggage or other items, as well as the washer having odors that may occasionally be smelled when running it. Jeffrey, the brib manager, is also quite helpful and friendly. He is an excellent communicator because he speaks both in japan and english.
