The room is decently sized and has plenty of space for luggage. I made the mistake of booking a smoking room, but the staff was kind enough to provide an air purifier, which almost completely eliminated the smell. This was during the peak summer season, so i really appreciate the hotel staff doing this favor to me at no extra cost. The location is great, its only 10 minutes on foot. Will definitely stay again when visiting sapporo next time.

The location is not very close to sapporo station, but not far either. Its about a 10minute walk away. Doesnt seem far from the station but can be tiring if you are carrying multiple bags. Right next to hokkaido university and ido 711. Service friendly staff, staffs english is better than the staff at my hotel in tokyo. I was pleasantly surprised. Very professional. Free breakfast. Just bread and juice, good enough.
