ラグジュアリーにして静謐、リラックスして過ごしリフレッシュが得られる空間です。ジムの清掃がこまめでいつでも清潔でした。プールも利用させて頂き、少し動いてサウナを楽しんでジャグジーに浸かり、整った後で、食事を楽しめて良かったです。同行者との会話も弾み、お酒もいつもより美味しく感じてしまいます。忙しい日々の生活から離れて、身体と心の充実を高いレベルで得られる上質の空間という感じです。ホテルスタッフの皆様に感謝です。

A masterclass in World Class hospitality. Lia at check in was welcoming and made an impact after traveling all day. Akiko & Yu at Kura provided by far our best dining experince in Japan. Finally, Nanako, made our stay very special by taking something personal we shared as the reason of our trip and acknolegding it in our room for turn down. It's always the little things and she nailed it.

スタッフの教育レベルがもう少し上がれば最高かと思います。たとえば、チェックインの際、チェックインカウンターで日本酒を提供されました。とてもおいしかったのでグレードと銘柄を尋ねましたが、即答できず、奥のスタッフに確認する始末。なんとか銘柄だけ回答を得る事ができました。あと、ベルボーイが私のパートナーの荷物を全くケアしなかったのが残念。私のパートナーに不快な思いをさせてしまいました。

It was elegant, artistic, inviting, peaceful. Really an architectural and interior design masterpiece. Warning: you won't want to leave the hotel!

A contemporary fivestar hotel has been elegantly designed. The room is larger than usual. The mattress is really cozy. The shower area is spacious and features a large round bathtub. Ella, the hotel guest relations employee, is doing a fantastic job during our stay. She assisted us in booking a restaurant we liked and locating the luggage storage we were looking for. She handled all of our transportation issues and questions. Thank you again to the entire conrad osaka crew.

What a place! With our kids, the staff was incredibly welcoming and playful. They went above and beyond to meet our needs with two small children, providing exceptional service. We typically do not stay in upscale hotels with small children, but this hotel was an exception. Marco, the general manager at this hotel, is incredibly kind and competent. Respectful, elegant, and friendly. Such a rare find in such hotels. We will definitely be back!.

We stayed at conrad osaka for five nights. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge lady nozomi who helped us find our lost phone left on a taxi. She and her concierge team were able to locate the taxi company and had the driver bring the phone back to us, which we really appreciated! The room was very spacious with a great view of osaka city. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which had very limited selections and i found the staff constantly in panic mode rushing, which made guests feel a bit overwhelmed when eating breakfast, probably too busy and the area was quite small and packed. The food options were also very limited, which was a surprise considering the fivestar level of the conrad brand. Room wise, we found it underrated than conrad tokyo, which had much higher ceilings, which gave it a more grand feel.

The service provided is exceptional. The breakfast served is delectable, and the scenery is breathtakingly stunning. It stands out as the best decorated hotel in osaka. The service attitude is enthusiastic. However, it is a bit of a hassle for minor guests to check in alone.

This hotel is very luxurious. The location is perfect right under the subway and has a great view. Our room was upgraded and there was a giant pool and whirlpool. The lobby is on floor 40 with a great view. Breakfast is worth the price and when we checked in the staff gave us wine! Would recommend to others.
