[Accommodation Tax]
In accordance with local regulations, an accommodation tax will be applied starting from October 1, 2018.Please pay the tax directly to the property upon check-in.
The tax rates per person per night are as follows:

For stays up to February 28, 2026:
For room rates of JPY 19,999 or less per night: JPY 200 per person per night
For room rates between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night: JPY 500 per person per night
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more per night: JPY 1,000 per person per night

From stays on March 1, 2026, onward:
For room rates of JPY 5,999 or less per night: JPY 200 per person per night
For room rates between JPY 6,000 and JPY 19,999 per night: JPY 400 per person per night
For room rates between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night: JPY 1,000 per person per night
For room rates between JPY 50,000 and JPY 99,999 per night: JPY 4,000 per person per night
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more per night: JPY 10,000 per person per night

As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
The property will be fully closed with no entry allowed on Monday, 18 January 2027, from 11:00 to 17:00.
Check-in on that date will be available from 17:00.
Guests staying multiple nights must temporarily leave the premises by 11:00 for safety.
Please switch off and unplug electrical appliances to prevent damage.
The refrigerator will be unavailable during the power outage.
Housekeeping on that date will be limited to light service (towel replacement and trash collection only); bed making and bathroom cleaning will not be provided.
After power is restored, please note that water may splatter when first turning on the tap.
