【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Breakfast for children costs JPY 800 per night and will be paid at the hotel.
Children 0 – 12 years old will be charged JPY 800 for a meal when using existing bedding.
Emergency replacement of the building’s high-voltage power cable is scheduled on June 21, 2026. A power outage will occur from 12:00 PM to 07:00 PM. During the outage, elevators, in-room lighting and electrical appliances, water supply, and toilets will be unavailable.
Check-in on June 21, 2026 will begin after 05:00 PM. Rooms will not be available before that time.
