I really enjoyed the experience of renting a bike through hubchari and riding to Osaka castle one day. This is a self-service hotel, and the service is very low. There are huge rooms, especially in Japan. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing! We were a group of 4 so got to see 2 different type of rooms. We were very impressed as we didn't have breakfast etc. I got a very good place here. I can't complain about the location, everything is reachable on foot.

We suggest you to stay here. Not the typical hotel you anticipated. But the room is great. Spacious and clean. Outside there is a cafe but not very noisy. I stay at La. Great access near Dotonbori.

Do not expect a typical hotel. But the room is really great. Spacious and clean. Outside is a cafe, but not very noisy. This is my first visit to La. Good access near Dotonbori. I suggest you guys to stay here.

It's not what you might anticipate from this hotel. It's like you're renting a room with daily housekeeping. It's actually in a great location, close to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. We sent an email to sign in. Each entry to a hotel and room must contain their own code. The room is tastefully furnished, spacious, and equipped with both a microwave and a bathroom, except for the one that is shown on their website, which isn't functional. Except for bed linen, which was not changed during our stay, the room is spotless, towels are changed, and trash is brought out each day. Do not expect to meet hotel staff, all requests and inquiries are handled by email or phone number. During our stay, it didn't work. Before we checked out from the hotel, our request to repair the bedside lamp, which almost collapsed due to loosen nuts and bolts, wasn't resolved until we left the hotel. As we expected, the cafe wasn't functioning. You might want to remain if you don't require the usual hotel service.

The location of this self service hotel is excellent because everything is close by. One day we even rented bikes through Hubchari and toured Osaka Castle. The room and bathroom were excellent. We were a group of four, so we got to see 2 different room types. We were blown away because we didn't require breakfast or anything else. The setting was perfect for us. We couldn't fault the location because everything is within walking distance! In the future, we rented bikes through Hubchari and rode to Osaka Castle. Seriously amazing experience on a small roof top terrace!.

The room itself is attractively designed and large with full bathroom and room facilities, with the exception of the microwave that is shown on their website is not there. Room is clean, towels are changed daily and trash is taken out every day, except for bed linens which were not changed during our stay. Don't expect to meet the hotel staff, all communications and requests are by email, contact phone number. Not working during our stay. Our request to repair the bedside lamp which almost fell down due to loosen nuts and bolts was not fixed until we checked out from the hotel. The cafe was not active as we thought.

The rooms were larger than expected. Great location right off Shinsaibashi.. Easy walk to Donorburi. Metro Modosuji takes you to Used and Kyoto. Nara easily. I very recommend it. My family of 4 really enjoyed their stay.

Despite the location being off shinsaibashi, the rooms were much bigger than expected. Don'tonburi is also a short walk away. Metro Modosuji takes you to used and Kyoto. Nara is also easy to reach. I strongly recommend it to my family of 4 who had a great time.
