Check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM.
Children 0-5 years old will be charged JPY 3240 per child per night when using existing bedding.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Starting April 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay the Hokkaido Prefectural Tax and the Municipal Accommodation Taxes at the revised rates directly to the property at the time of check-in. The taxes are charged on a per person, per night basis, calculated from the room rate as follows:
