【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

A reservation of 8 rooms or more will be considered a Group Booking. In case of Group Booking through OTAs, 100% cancellation charge will be applied from 30 days in advance of the arrival date. (Exclude Non-Refundable Booking)
Property do not have parking space.
You may use the nearby coin parking. Please understand that you will be responsible for the parking fee.

While Agoda allows searching and confirming multiple children sharing a bed, our policy permits only one child aged 12 or younger per room to share a bed.
