【Accommodation tax】
Accommodation tax will be levied in accordance with ordinance regulations. Please pay it directly to the property upon check-in. The accommodation tax is not included in the room rate.

When room charge is JPY 19,999 or less per night: JPY 200 per person per night
When the room charge is between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night: JPY 500 per person per night.
When the room charge is JPY 50,000 or more per night: JPY 1,000 per person per night
【Public bathrooms】
Access to the public bathrooms may not be available for those with tattoos.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
