I strongly recommend this location. Usually, we stay in Japanese business hotels, but we thought wed try this one after staying at other eraser properties. The personnel could not be more professional, from setting up and altering the reservation directly with the hotel to our arrival experience, stay, and checkout. Friendly and considerate. Moss Cross restaurant was a welcome bonus. We purchased a breakfast package and explored a variety of breakfast options over three days. All were excellent. So much so that we decided to order a lunch that was also excellent. The executive chef is French educated and focuses on healthy modern Japanese cuisine. We reserved a devastation dinner with matching wines, souvenir, and lunch was so tasty. Once more, it was a delight. The dining room front of house crew is excellent and wellbehaved.

The area is superbly maintained and had friendly and competent employees. I remained in what was essentially a homeroom unit, with a slotted divider between the kitchen and the sleeping space. The unit is reasonably large by Japanese standards, though it lacks a desk or workingdining surface other than a very tiny round coffee table in front of the sofa that extends the width of the room. It might have been preferable to have a smaller sofa and a real desk, but one does. The kitchen is wellequipped and has even an oven, and the room combination washerdryer worked well. Weekly service was provided. The only thing to remember is that the waste recycling cans are very tiny, and if you are doing anything dining at your unit at all, these will quickly fill up. The bathroom is gorgeous, with a traditional japanese soaking tub and a separate washingshowering area next to it. The only negative is that I was told the property will be closed after july 2022. At least the staff member I spoke with was not clear what it will next become.

The hotel was beautiful, it was so clean and comfortable. I would come back to stay here. The room was so clean and comfortable. The employees were very helpful and speaking English. The washing machine and kitchen felt like a second home.

The room I stayed in was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. Spacious with a nice view of the skyline. Bed was big and comfortable. Very nice bathroom with shower. Very well equipped washing machine and pansonic water kettle, sandbar.
