【Access】 We recommend taking the bus from Kyoto Station.

＜From Kyoto Station＞ Exit JR Kyoto Station Central Exit to find the bus stop. Take bus “205” from bus stop “B3”.
The nearest stations are JR Nishioji Station or Umekoji Kyoto Nishi Station.

【Curfew】The entrance is open 24 hours; there is no curfew.

【Accommodation Tax】 Based on ordinance regulations, the following accommodation tax will be charged separately at the facility for check-ins on or after October 1, 2018.
The accommodation tax (charged per person per night) is not included in the room rate and must be paid at the facility.
［For room rates of ¥19,999 or less per night］: ¥200 per person per night
［For room rates between ¥20,000 and ¥49,999 per night］: ¥500 per person per night
［For room rates of ¥50,000 or more per night］: ¥1,000 per person per night
Pets are not permitted to stay.

According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
