First, before the hotel itself. If you arrive at Tsukiji Station on the Hibiya Line and have luggage, a stroller, mobility issues, are pregnant, or have small kids, do not follow Google Maps to Exit 4. It is the closest exit but it is only steep, narrow stairs. Use Exit 1 or 2, possibly 3, or set your destination as Tsukiji Hongan ji Temple. Those exits have an elevator just around the corner. You will walk around the block slightly, but the route is level, smooth, and about 5 minutes. The good. Staff and cleaning crew were consistently kind. Strong free wifi. Rooms are small, typical Tokyo size, so luggage takes planning. Bathroom has a tub. Amenities include kettle, tea, instant coffee, small fridge, toothbrush and toothpaste. Mostly quiet, but you can hear hallway activity. The not so good. Farther from Ginza than expected, 20+ minutes walk. Not a lively neighborhood. Elevator access at Tsukiji is inconvenient. Decor and furnishings are dated and worn, with chipped fixtures and stained fabrics. Our room was not very clean on close inspection and we found hair and debris. Beds and pillows are very firm and the twin room had only one pillow per bed. No gym, pool, or kid amenities. Haneda is reasonably close but Narita takes over an hr and multiple trains. This is a budget hotel at a budget price. I would probably stay again unless i wanted more immediate things to do. Tsukiji Hongan ji Temple is lovely.

Clean room (with tiny bathroom), ample breakfast to fuel up for a full day of exploring, lots of little restaurants and Tsukiji fish market nearby, 15-minute walk to high-end Ginza shopping, Tokyo Tower, and to Tokyo station. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

히비야선 츠키지역 바로 앞 위치. 츠키지 시장 도보 5분. 긴자, 도쿄역 주요 번화가 이동에 용이한 위치. 체크인 전 짐을 맡길 수 있었습니다. 샴푸 린스 바디워시가 있었지만, 샤워스폰지가 없어서 손으로 문질러서 썼어요. 일회용 어메니티로는 면도기, 빗, 치약, 칫솔이 제공되었습니다. 수건이 깨끗해서 좋았네요.

This property was quiet, clean, and safe. It was an easy walk to the outer market and subway access. It’s always tough finding the right number of beds for our teens and my husband and me. We booked two connecting rooms for a family of five and it was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and happy and I thought it was priced perfectly. There are fancier spots but I think of myself as being pretty picky when it comes to where we stay and I was very happy here.

The hotel was in Ginza but it is a 17 min walk to the main shopping district. This was fine with us because when we didn’t feel like walking, we could take a train within a few steps of the hotel. The area feels safe and clean, even late at night. We stayed in a connecting family room which was roomy for Tokyo standards. The kids loved having their own room and bathroom. We were given fresh pjs daily and disposable slippers which were replaced every day. The staff cleaned our room daily which was nice. There’s many metros near the hotel so most of the things we wanted to do were a 20 min train ride away and maximum 45 mins if you want to go to ueno or shibuya. We loved having so many combinis within a short walking distance away from the hotel. We also enjoyed quite a few Japanese breakfasts at Yoshinoya which was 5 mins walk from the hotel. The staff were accomodating and pleasant and they allowed us to borrow umbrellas when it was raining which was so helpful. They also provided with details of a car service that took us to Haneda airport at the end of our stay for approximately 10,500 yen for 5 people and 5 luggage’s. We used the washing machines twice during our 9 day stay and you can monitor the use of the washing machine on the tv in your room. The washer and dryer was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is about 50m away from Tsukiji station exit3A, but only stairs accessible from that exit. The front desk staff and cleaner are nice, the room is clean. many local restaurants, convenient stores nearby, 10mins walk to Ginza area.
