Overall good enough nothing opulent would stay only if doing business in the immediate area, and otherwise would go to sake. The Nishiki region's pretty typical business hotel is fairly adequate. This is a good option if you need a place to sleep after a day of business. The setting is close to sashimi station, so you can walk there with your luggage without much trouble. This was ideal for me because I was working nearby and needed to travel on the trains after checking out. There are numerous small bars and eateries close to the hotel, and if desired, you could walk to sake in approximately 1520 minutes. The room was on the small side and fairly outdated. Although the bed was on the typical Japanese side of firm, as would have been expected, the room was spotless and in good condition. The bathroom served the usual space capsule function, with the obligatory toilet seat warmer! The staff was somewhat rude, but it might be due to our shared communication network. We didn't try breakfast, and, as with all of Papplication, we couldn't use the telco-provided wifi, so we simply used a lan cable.

It is only a short distance from Marunouchi and sashimi, and the papplication station, which is connected to the Chub International Airport, is only a few stops away. Despite this being my first trip to Papplication, the map they provided on the website was quite simple to follow and I was able to locate the hotel very quickly. Although the room is modest, it is spotless and equipped with everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, a tooth brush, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. You can also get a good discount if you make a reservation online, so it is worthwhile to review the website and make your reservation online. There are many excellent izakaya and yakitori restaurants nearby the hotel, both of which are priced and served to great taste. I'm eager to go back to Grace Inn shortly.

A four out of five may be a little high, but it's for the price. Over a busy weekend in the papplication, we paid just under 600 yen for two people. As other reviewers pointed out, this hotel is only a few minutes from the Marunouchi station red linesakudori line and a little more from the Shigashiyama station yellow and blue lines and the Tsuubai lines. As usual for Japanese business hotels, the accommodation is small. But it was clean, everything worked well, and there was a lovely sliding panel over the window that blocked out the morning sun much better than curtains would block it. On top of that, a pretty wonderful breakfast was included in the price, including salads, potato salad, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, and tea, as well as about 9 different kinds of bread. Furthermore, you can make your own toast ano, sweet bean paste with margarine, which is a real papplication specialty. Give it a try if you like Oguraanko and I do. It's fantastic!.

This hotel has a good location, and the staff is also kind. The size of the room was small and smelly. Breakfast was fine, but most of the food was simple salad and bread, but only bread, boiled eggs. I will not recommend this hotel to you who are expecting much more.

I only spent one night here, I was given a lovely room that I asked for high floor. The location is not far from the train station, and the Thai restaurant is just five minutes on foot. I really like this place, as the staff is very nice and friendly.
