【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Please note: If guests book 6 or more rooms for the same stay at the same property, it will be considered a group reservation and special cancellation policies and fees may apply. (Group cancellation policy: 20% cancellation fee applies if cancelled 7 days in advance, 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled after 2pm 2 days in advance or without notice.)
Regarding Child policy
Children from 0 to 5 years old: stay free when sleeping on existing bed.
Please request a crib (free of charge). 　

Guests over 6 years old are considered adults.
Extra beds are not available in this room.

Please be informed that we are updating parking fees for our hotel guests from 7th April 2025 as follows;
・Hotel Guests：
Valid until 03:00 PM on checkout date：　¥1,000 per night
・Hotel Guests (SPGR Members)
Valid until 03:00 PM on checkout date： With complement
・Restaurant Guests：
With ¥2,500 spent：1-hour complimentary parking
With ¥5,000 spent：2-hour complimentary parking
With ¥10,000 spent：4-hour complimentary parking
・Wedding Guest：
Attending a bridal fair or wedding ceremony：4-hour complimentary parking
・Meeting & Event：
Attending meetings & events within the hotel：
＋4-hour complimentary parking
＋Beyond complimentary hours, ¥500 par 30 min, Maximum daily charge ¥1,000
・Visitors：¥500 per 30 minutes
For hotel guests, please inform our front desk associate of the use of the parking upon checking in. The parking fee will be charged upon checking out.
A parking validation ticket is required with every exit during your stay.
Please ensure to visit the front desk for a validation ticket prior to exiting your car.
