According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Guests arriving after 9:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Reception is open from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 04:00 PM to 09:00 PM. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in only. Baggage storage after check-out is not accepted.
The property does not accept credit cards. All charges must be settled by cash.
The property’s door is closed from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
