Guests staying at our hotel in Kyoto City will be charged a tax of JPY 200 per person per night. The purpose is to increase the appeal of the city as an international cultural tourism city and to use the money to cover the costs of measures to promote tourism. Please pay the accommodation tax on the day of check-in.
Our hotel's towel fee is JPY 200 per towel. If you are staying for a long time, please let us know at check-in how many times you need to change the towel.

About early check-in and late check-out
You can request it for JPY2,000 per hour.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Children aged 18 and under are not allowed to stay. Please note that even if they arrive, we cannot accommodate them.
Please make sure to arrive by 09:00 PM. If you arrive after this time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation as it is outside business hours. Please note that no refunds will be given even if your reservation is treated as a cancellation.
Please remember to confirm the number of guests when booking. If you need to increase the number of guests after booking, an additional fee starting from 7,000 yen per person per night will be charged. This fee is payable regardless of room capacity and whether a bed is required.
Children must be included in the number of guests staying, the same as adults, regardless of whether or not they have a bed.
Please note that there is no luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out.
