The hostel in yokohama is excellent. It is conveniently located near the train station, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. My husband and i chose to sleep in the mixed dorm room without any issues. On the first floor, there are free showers, snacks, and tea. If ive ever been to japan again, ill most certainly return here. The proprietors have been extremely kind and helpful with recommendations for places to visit.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are stylish and the price is worth it. I cant say much about the location (I only stayed one night but it seemed fine. One note for potential business customers, wifi didnt work very well in the upstairs rooms so if you need to do a lot of heavy surfing, be prepared. For casual use it was perfectly fine though.

The owner is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. The guesthouse itself is beautiful, it feels like you are staying in a traditional japanese house. I slept well and the bed was comfortable. Free tea and coffee were ota. Great location, close to mr. Subway station and convenience store.

The guesthouse futareno is a charming, traditionalinspired japanese hostel. The hostel has character and is run by friendly, wonderful staff. When i checked in, mina sat me down to make me feel at ease, explained the rules, gave me reassurances about the space and services, and even gave us some snacks. Needless to say, even the guests are kind. This location is warm and cozy. Sakuragicho station is only ten minutes walk away, but if ive only been here for one night, ill be back. Mina provided me with nge map which included recommendations for bars and restaurants in the bar and restaurant district, all with personal little reviews. I even shared the female dorm room with Eva, another employee who was kind and helpful as she taught me some Japanese. Thank you all for your hospitality. For longer, well return.

The nearest station is only 7 minutes away, and the proprietors couple was incredibly kind and charming. I was comfortable in the clean and steady bed, which allowed me to sleep soundly. Without a doubt, i will stay here again.

Highly recommended for a perfect stay that wont break the bank. A welldeserved 5 star experience for this traditional guest house, which is very stragglery to most tourist destinations. The place is clean, quiet and the atmosphere is of godsmack quality. Very comfortable rooms with soft futons that will make you sleep very deeply. Owners also speak decent english. Important note: They have reopening in the morning, doors close at 1 am, and there is censorship.

The location is good, but there is an uphill before getting there, so think twice if you have big luggage. The staff are nice, well equipped, and recommended. Nice hostel. Well redecorated from an old house.

This is an excellent option if you want to stay in a cozy and welcoming guesthouse in the yokohama area! The proprietors, mina and kaneda, are such lovely people who will make you feel right at home. Mina is upbeat and will happily give you many excellent recommendations for the neighborhood. Kanedas personality is more grumpy and cuddly bear, which is incredibly dynamic to observe. The room itself was peaceful, cozy, and comfortable. Both the guest house and the showers were always hot, both of which were characterful and spotless. Complimentary coffee and kitchenette make anything you desire crafted for reassurance.

I had a great time here. Its tucked away in idly alleyway off the main road, and is remodeled as if it were formerly occupied by the proprietor and his pals. The building is creaky, but thats part of its charm. If you are weird like me who cooks while traveling, this place offers free tea and coffee, as well as spices in the kitchen.

One of the best airbnbs ive ever stayed in. Kenta, the owner, and his family gave us the nicest hospitality weve ever received here in japan. They were very helpful and also gave me a map of nearby shops. The house has cosy and charming aesthetics that make it ok to stay in
