【Winter Precautions】
Due to the risk of freezing and bursting of water pipes in winter,
please keep the water flowing at all times from all faucets (shower, bathtub, kitchen).
When checking in, the water will already be flowing, so please do not turn it off.
Before going to bed, be sure to turn off the water heater and leave the water running in a small trickle.
★Keep the kitchen drain cover open to avoid drainage issues
・When leaving water running, always leave the drain cover off.
・When cooking, make sure to close the cover to prevent food waste from flowing into the drain.
【Notice and Apology Regarding Sauna Use During the Winter Season】
Our facility is located in a nature-rich area that is susceptible to the harsh weather conditions typical of winter. For safety reasons and to protect the equipment, we regret to inform you that the sauna is temporarily suspended from January ~ March
Although it is a cold period, we will do our utmost to provide a warm and memorable experience unique to our facility.
