According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):Effective from June 1, 2019:Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY 7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.Upcoming ChangesThe accommodation tax in Osaka Prefecture will be revised starting from September 1, 2025. Currently, accommodation tax is charged based on room rates, but from September 1, 2025, the regulations will change. Guests are requested to pay the revised tax directly at the property upon check-in for bookings subject to the updated policy.Effective from September 1, 2025:For room rates JPY 5,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person per night.For room rates JPY 15,000 and over and less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person per night.For room rates JPY 20,000 and over: JPY 500 per person per night.Note: Even for existing reservations made before the regulation change, accommodation tax payments during the stay will follow the revised policy due to the ordinance amendment.
【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

[Notice of breakfast price change] From April 1, 2025, breakfast prices will be changed as follows.
Adults ¥1,650 (tax included) ⇒ ¥1,980 (tax included) Children (ages 6-10) ¥700 (tax included) ⇒ ¥990 (tax included)
*The advance ticket system will be abolished and a flat rate will be applied.
