A pleasant place to stay if you want to spread out. The entrance to the room has a closet with securing and storing space for your shoes. You enter and to your left was the bedroom, which had two twin beds and an open closet. Although the space was quite packed, you could walk between the beds. There were numerous places to hang clothes here as well as taverns with chairs and side tables. To the left of the building was idly located living room, complete with sofa, small table for two, kitchen, and closet area. Below is the bathroom area with sink and washing machine (they provide detergent). From here, there is lino room with tiny sink, bathtub, shower, or shower room. Each room features eaves, so that when one person is sleeping, another can shower in the toilet, use the restroom, even make some coffee without awakening the other. After checkout, they allowed us to store bags, thanks to their excellent wifi. Shopping was just ten minutes away because it was in ginzas center. Lawsons convenience store was only height one block away, making it easy to stock up on snacks for the rooms.5.0/520 May 2024

The apartment is spacious, wellequipped and quite clean. The dishwasher had a dirty load in there and we found sachets under the bed. It is very rare to find idly one bedroom apartment in tokyo, especially in this price range. Situated in incredibly quiet area and within walking distance of 3 metro stations, it is extremely practical. There are many food options within strolling distance. Staff were very polite and helpful. One thing that was sadly disappointing was the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable and small. Probably ok for 3 people, but 4 is hardly suited for 4 people. The rooms are a little too small, and the smoking area was at the lift just behind the reception, so the lobby smelled of cigarettes. The hotel had staff who spoke english, which was not too bad either! Large living space with tv and kitchen as well as i can cook. This was a nice convenience when we arrived from the usa with jetlag. The location is excellent, only ten minutes walk from four subway lines. Shibuya, asakusa and akihabara are all conveniently located near the central station, central ginza, the train station and hanoida airport. If you want more space than i would like if you are traveling with your family. We have stayed here twice with our family of four, so when he was traveling to tokyo with my daughter, ill book hiz again. There is road noise every time we stay here. In addition, there is an ikea sofa bed on the couch. You can get limo service from this airport based on obtaining utmost booking fee. Because the master bedroom has emitted blustery sound from cigarette smoke, it is particularly noisy. Please take this into account unless you have sensitive to noise. My family didnt mind the noise at all. Perhaps the onebedroom or hotel room is in front of the hotel and would be less noisy because it might be infront of it. Additionally, during this particular visit, many roads were under construction during the day. This only affected us on days we returned to rest between tours.4.8/519 Aug 2024

We had a very spacious onebedroom apartment. The kitchen was wellequipped, and there were many nice extras in the bathroom. There was n ot he woman who worked there was very kind and helpful. I will return because it is so spotless! We stayed in an apartment at the hiz hotel ginza higashi for seven nights. The property features a comfortable queen bed, settee beds, and futons. Japanese matress. There are buttons to flush, open, or close the toilet and he has movable sensors on the bathroom. Many stations, including kyobashi, Takaracho, etc., are close by and convenient. Highly recommended for a family or group of people visiting tokyo for the first time. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke good english. This hotel room was spacious, mostly clean, quiet and within walking distance to many train stations. However, our bedroom was too bright at night due to the thin windows curtains and the street lights outside. There were too many blood stains on the bed cover and pillows looked too old.
