The room at this resort was spacious with a good facility, it was a nice start! We were there every day to rest our exhausted muscles after skiing. I recommend this to families because of the size and accessibility of the room.

Overall, we adore the resort. My family enjoyed our stay here. We hired ski equipment and went skiing. There is a children's area where they can use sleds and tubes, but it costs 800 yen per person. There are many convenient souvenir shops within the resort. The kids played games in the arcade. The carousel ride is free for all. The room is clean, but looks a bit worn. Time for some renovations.

My stay with my family was perfect. The staff treated our family like royalty. From the moment we checked in we were immediately escorted and invited to sit down in the lounge and served a welcome drink. Ono Wakanasan looked after us like a personal concierge. He assisted with ski lessons, ski rentals, changing ski school plans, escorting me to the ski locker, checking private hire car and bus reservations, dinner reservations, and making special plans for our family after check out. Its unbelievable how amazing the service I got from her. Im a frequent traveler, stayed with Marriott for 1500 nights over ten years and stayed 75 nights last year to gain titanium status. This is as good as the service. The baggage clerk is also at checkout. Bangkok was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. Everything was truly amazing. I am very happy with this experience, thank you, weston rusts.

The price isn't worth the price, it's just like staying in a small resort hotel in the center of rust. Very large resort hotel, in fact in the middle of rust. Not good for families with small children.

We had a great time at the resort, the room was large, the facilities were excellent, and especially loved the start! We went there every day to rest the tired muscles after skiing. Highly recommend to families due to the size and accessibility of the room.

In all my years of traveling to Japan, this was without a doubt the worst vacation I've ever had. Many things were simply unacceptable for a family-oriented resort hotel upscale or upscale? The general service quality and value in comparison to the idr price were subpar mid-scale-like and mostly characterized by an evident lack of attention to detail and Englishspeaking proficiency from the staff members. Given that the hotel's target pigmentation is mostly leisure, family, and foreign visitors, the hotel is severely lacking in the expected service quality and offer. The only drawback, perhaps, is its proximity to the ski slopes, where skin shouting is possible. However, I would also add that the neighboring Weston is only five minutes away, connected by a mini monorail and a regular bus service. So if youre seeking professional brand standards, strong English proficiency, and great service without paying a little more, you'd be much better off staying at the Weston. But let me tell you what happened. I stayed at the soothing of rusts resort hotel for four nights. Were 4 and had access to a single room, where did I ask? The front desk staff immediately told me they would fix the issue, but not one word of apology was offered, and I felt that this wasn't true. I went there with my family, tried every coin possible, wasted more time

We had previously stayed at the rusts resort hotel and convention center. We had a good time. As you might guess, we always enjoy our visits. Three ski slopes are available for skiinski out. The new addition in the north tower was incredibly serene and beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor pools. And of course, we enjoy the option to dine at one of the many eateries in this hotel or take the monorail to Houston for more options.
