As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Breakfast is not provided for children 5 years old and under.
Children aged 0 to 5 may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult.
Children aged 6 and older will be charged the adult rate for accommodation.
Our hotel has endeavors towards the SDGs. As part of our efforts to implement the SDGs we promote the following ECO cleaning.
・For the guest that stay several nights, bed linens and room attire will be changed every two nights (3rd and 5th nights).
・Towel changes, replenishment of consumable goods, and simple cleaning will be performed on designated days (2nd and 4th nights).
・On the 3rd and 5th nights, Regular cleaning will be conducted for hygiene purpose.
