The hotel is very nice, unique, and has a delicate and perfect decoration with shabby onsen on the last floor with the sky as the roof. But we couldnt have dinner or breakfast in the hotel restaurant or eat if it was busy. That is unacceptable in idly hotels like this.

This hotel is excellent, one of the best city hotels in the world. Excellent service, cleanliness, features, and comfort. Well situated. Large rooms. The city has a ryokan atmosphere. Great outdoor onsen. It exceeded expectations for i stayed for 9 days.

This place is highly recommended. A wonderful, genuine japanese experience. Outstanding service and staff. The rooftop onsen is fantastic. We reserved both an inroom breakfast and a dinner at the restaurant. It was delicious and beautifully presented. Through the hotel, we also reserved idostyle boat rides on the sumida river, which was really unique. Warm and informative are the couple who own boats built in the edok style. Both the night lights and the cruise were lovely, and there was excellent food and sake.

I hope to return soon. Hoshinoya tokyo truly surpasses what hospitality is from all levels. The morning breakfast was a lovely experience, the onsen was divine from night to day, and the staff made us feel like family entering their home. I felt so grounded and calm without shoes in the hotel. Everything about the experience perfectly captured the kindness and welcoming nature of japan.

The rooftop onsen is unreal, so dont skip it! One of the best hotel stays ive ever had! The service is excellent and the personnel is really kind. The rooms exude a genuine japanese vibe and are quite roomy. Every day, there are free activities to engage in.

This hotel is truly remarkable. The complimentary snacks were a hit with us. Additionally, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the hot springs boasting an openair ceiling added to the charm of the hotel. Although i admit that this may sound random, ive been enjoying the rooms lighting design, featuring varying mood lighting options. Furthermore, there was an invisible tv and complemented by the fivepart skin care regimen in the bathroom. Oh, as well as the waterfall faucet in each tub, along with the stunning kimono and pajamas. To be honest, everything was exquisite and flawless. I cannot express how wonderful these things are. It is definitely worth the money.

We had never been to japan before. Hoshinoya was fantastic. The service was excellent. This is a hotel that offers traditional janese service - the staff all wear traditional garb and guests are expected to leave their shoes with the valets who store them in assigned lockers once they enter the hotel. With modern room amenities, the motel room was spacious enough. My partner loves the toto toilet, which has heated seats and bidet sprays. I have only one complaint about the hotels breakfast being difficult in the early morning. They offer breakfast inroom service. However, you must order it the day before or later. There are few options because the lodging is located in an economic district. We did venture out pleasantly and discovered idly at the asada. Walking to the metro station and eating chinesisch breakfast at luchington station on remorse was even more enjoyable. It was incredibly entertaining! The hotel is very close to both the imperial palace and there are several excellent dining options (lunch and dinner) nearby.

One of the most luxurious, personal, and unique lodging experiences ive ever had in japan. I only reserved this location because hanya yagihara has stayed there (my favorite author), and i can understand why. The breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious. Each floors tea or snack room is large and full of everything you could ever want, plus things you might not even know you want like peach gummy lollies, which ill buy to take home. What drew me the biggest surprise was the hotels onsen or senos. While ve been in china, ives been going to different sentos every day and have tried 14 different options. Even though there was only one bath soak option, the hostelshinoyan onses are already my favorite. It felt completely private, even while being accessible to all guests. There was also a James turrellesque moment in the outdoor portion of an onset (look up while you are out there). So if you enjoy art and know Turrells work, that moment alone felt healing and as though it washed away any bad eve done in my life. Because it is also shoefree, everything feels luxurious and immaculate. This has become one of my top picks in town.

Our experience at hoshinoya tokyo was wonderful, as it had a unique blend of traditional japanese culture and luxury 5 star. The common area on each floor was particularly useful for bringing ten people together sharing iron floors, each in our own comfortable luxury suites. It was incredibly beautiful to be able to enjoy the onsen both morning and night. I would highly recommend staying here for your trip to tokio.

From the moment we started our stay, hoshinoya exceeded our expectations. Every single employee was welcoming, kind, and supportive. The bed was excellent, the room was fantastic, they provide pajamas that are incredibly comfy. It was an amazing shower. Everything couldnt have been nicer. They even sent yoga mats up to our room for us to use. And the service was outstanding they prepared a delicious vegan meal for me. We adored the tea ceremony and would absolutely love to return. I cant express enough how wonderful things about this place are!.

Have you ever experienced a situation where you have no complaints and nothing more that you would like to add to your experience? That was our stay in hoshinoya. I recommend the nippon cuisine private dining experience, the midnight soba noodles experience at gagaku, of course, bathhouse, sake pairing, and finally, breakfast in the restaurant itself. We stayed for 7 nights, each an experience to treasure. The hotel is calm and quiet in every way. It is serene, elegant, warm.
