※Check-in before 16:00 or after 21:00 will be charged an additional fee of JPY 2,000 per hour, in which case a request is required.
※If you check out after 10am, you will be charged an additional fee of JPY 2,000 per hour, in which case a request is required.
※If the number of people staying in the reservation increases on the day of the reservation,
a fee will be charged starting from 7,000 yen per person (regardless of whether there is a bed or not), regardless of the capacity of the room.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Guests arriving after 9:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Guests arriving after 9:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge.
If the guest does not check in by 9:00PM, the booking will be treated as a no-show (non-refundable).
Luggage storage service is not available.
The facility does not store the guest luggage.
