まだ新しいホテルからか、とにかく綺麗でベッドや洗面所など設備も新しくイイ部屋だった。天然温泉の浴場があったのも自分的には特に良かった。 口コミでは確かスタッフがどうのと書かれていたと思ったが、自分が滞在した間はチェックインからアウトまでフロントスタッフの対応に何ひとつ自分的には不満がなく快適な滞在だった。

This is an excellent place to stay in Nagano. It’s a short walk from Nagano Station and a short train or bus ride away to most places you’ll want to see. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities and onsen onsite. Highly recommend!
