Good location, close to metro and/or stations, nice and clean rooms very clean public bathroom, shower rooms and toilets Most staff members are friendly, including front desk staff and cleaning ladies. I stayed in a western single room here between 1016 and 1015 march 2017 for my friend for three out of six days. The room was small but very clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities such as free wifi, to, fridge, dryer, alarm clock, etc. Shower rooms and a public bath on the first floor are very clean, bathroom and wash basins on each floor. The location is excellent, minamisenju metro and or train stations are only a 3-minute walk away. Despite limited English proficiency, most hotel staff are friendly, except an old man with glasses at the reception, who usually looks tired when he has to interact with foreigners, and I don't think I am imagining. Here are examples of his behavior. He thanked all Japanese visitors for returning their room key but went silent with foreigners even if he returned the key immediately after, told us to wait in Japanese Sotto matte, picked up the phone to call someone and let us wait at least 5 minutes. My friend, who had checked out one day earlier than me, asked that the old man who was on the evening shift if he could leave his luggage at the hotel and come back to pick up things on

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from a number of subway lines. Close to the station are a convenience store, a good ramenchahan shop, a danny style restaurant, and a McDonalds. You must cross a crossover to get to the hotel, but there is an elevator if youre carrying your luggage. A block away is the 711, which delivers your luggage directly to Naraiki. To ensure that, I give 2 days. This offers excellent value and privacy without having to share a room in a yuan or capsule style area where you and your luggage are less safe. Despite the limited English, the personnel are welcoming. Make sure you have Google Translate available, which includes a Japanese text input for them to respond. Just a place to crash, but a single mini fridge, to and even a shared microwave, and an extremely dusty shower, sink, and washroom.
