A separate accommodation tax will be charged upon check-in.
If the room charge is 20,000 yen and under per person, the tax is 200 yen per person; if the room charge exceeds 20,000 yen per person, the tax is 500 yen per person.
As a general rule, we do not allow more than the number of guests per room due to "legal capacity" according to various laws and regulations such as the "Fire Service Law".
In such cases, even if a reservation has already been made, each facility may directly ask you to change the number of rooms.
Children over 6 years old will be charged an additional fee.

As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.

This facility does not participate in Japan National Travel Support campaign, so the discount will not be applied to your reservations.
