Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was also unbelievably convenient when it came time to head to the airport. Traveling to the airport has always been one of the most stressful parts of my trips, so I was surprised by how easy and comfortable it was to stay near the airport. It made the entire travel experience much more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Good place to stay overnight if you lay over. A lot cheaper than hotels at Haneda . Just one train stop from terminal 3. Also took free shuttle back to airport early at 6:30 am

I chose this hotel near the airport for the first night of my trip, and I felt it was excellent—even when compared to the other hotels I stayed at later. It was a shame that bad weather prevented me from going out onto the terrace, but I would certainly like to stay here again. However, I found it very confusing to get there by train; navigating the monorail platform was difficult to figure out.

This hotel is like the best kept secret of Japan. When we arrived I was completely stunned on how beautiful it was inside and the rooms were barn. Bathrooms were absolutely amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was so clean I've never seen anything like it.

Very good price and hotel amenities. It is definitely worth the price. The room is small but super functional. No noise at all. Cannot hear the airplane passing by. Like the wood floor especially. The air conditioner is not noisy at all. Highly recommended.

藤田医科大学の研究施設と同じビルの5Fから上にホテルがある。天空橋駅からHiCityにつながっていて、その2Fからも直接入れるため、雨天でも濡れずにホテルに行けるが、初めてだと少し分かりにくいかもしれない。デイリーヤマザキがあり、23時に閉まってしまうが、何か必要な物ができた時にも便利。チェックインでは受付の人が丁寧にパネル操作を教えてくれてスムーズにできた。今回ツインの部屋を利用したが、広く清潔で快適。景色もなかなか良い。風呂も広く清潔で、使用しなかったが泡風呂用のアメニティも置いてあった。朝食のビュッフェも十分なクオリティと種類で満足。カレーが美味しかったのと、サラダのドレッシングも野菜を使ったオリジナルのものがあり、満足度が高い。夕食は外食したのでレストランを利用しなかったが、一度利用すれば良かったと後悔。周辺としては案外HiCityには日中人が来ていて、食べるところもそれなりにある。羽田、もしくは天空橋に用事がある際にはオススメできるホテル。

He had a great overnight stay at hotel. Metropolitan staff were amazing and kind and helped us navigate getting to the airport. It was very easy. State of the room was perfect. It was quite spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

I stay here if I have an early departure from Haneda Airport. Very convenient for the airport and good value. The rooms are nice and the staff very friendly.

Very convenient for the airport. There is a metro station right next door and a free shuttle bus. There is also a taxi rank directly outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Amazing view of the runway from the room. A bit of a walk to the nearest shops and restaurants.

Very nice hotel with fun airport-themed decor. Obviously very convenient for the airport. Excellent views of runway from room. You can see planes taking off and landing from the rooftop. Right next to metro station, but a bit of a walk to the nearest konbinis/restaurants. Check-in and check-out was easy. They accommodated our request for dropping our bags off a day early and arranged for disposal of a broken suitcase. Well worth the price and would definitely stay again.
