The location in the business area was ideal because there are shops and restaurants nearby and the nearest subway is only 5 minutes' walk away. The employee was so friendly and helpful. It was as if they booked tickets for theatre shows or taxis and helped us understand how the subway system works as well as the language. They also booked taxis for us. And then, the bedroom was surprisingly large and with a king bed. After that, the breakfast served was good.

The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from the subway, where it is very easy to use. There is a kettle in the room but no teaspoons and tiny tea cups. Luckily, we brought our own cups and travel mugs. The employees are extremely attentive and kind. It was fine when we arrived at Jonathan across the street. Only a 10-minute walk away, there is a McDonald's with a wonderful view of Tokyo Tower.

We stayed at the Tokyo Grand Hotel with our small family of three. The hotel is pretty dated but clean. I'm not sure what happened to the pillows but they had sticks in them maybe this is a traditional thing. The area around the hotel is very quiet and kind of business district. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bars, restaurants and nightlife you would expect in Tokyo. There are some convenience stores around and a few small places to eat. Overall, this hotel is ok but not very flashy.

I was pleased with my choice of this hotel. I stayed here with my friends because we wanted a good price but a great location. The single room was much bigger than I expected with a beautiful view, quiet, and a big bed. The room was clean with a hot pot, refrigerator and the bathroom clean.

Lovely hotel in the business district of Tokyo, very clean, staff very friendly and desk staff speak English, breakfast very varied Japanese and Western, room spacious, large bed, adequate bathroom, plenty of toiletries. I highly recommend it for visiting Tokyo.
