IMPORTANT NOTICE about the multistory parking
It has a size limitation of height 155 cm, width 172 ㎝.
It’s first come, first served.
There is a limit to the number of parking lot.
In case of the car exceeds the size limit or the parking lot is already full, property will ask guests to park a car in coin-operated parking near the property.
Starting April 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay the Hokkaido Prefectural Tax and the Municipal Accommodation Taxes at the revised rates directly to the property at the time of check-in. The taxes are charged on a per person, per night basis, calculated from the room rate as follows:

If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

We would like to inform you that an accommodation tax will be introduced in Hokkaido and Sapporo City starting from Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The accommodation fees for the plans posted on the site do not include the "accommodation tax." Please pay at the front desk at check-in.
Accommodation tax (per person per night)
Less than 20,000 yen: 300 yen (Hokkaido 100 yen/Sapporo city 200 yen)
20,000 yen or more - less than 50,000 yen: 400 yen (Hokkaido 200 yen/Sapporo city 200 yen)
50,000 yen or more: 1,000 yen (Hokkaido 500 yen/Sapporo city 500 yen)
*Accommodation charges include the service charge, excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
*Even if you make a reservation before April 1, 2026, accommodation tax will be charged for stays after April 1.

About the Foreign Currency Exchange Machine: There is a foreign currency exchange machine on the first floor of the hotel. It supports 15 languages and can exchange 14 foreign currencies into Japanese yen.

To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
