The service was good and was up to our standards. A typical Japanese hotel. Although the beds and rooms were small, they were of common Japanese dimensions. The place is excellent, with a large number of restaurants and cafes all around. Parking is a big mess, though. I'm not certain if this is the same for all hotels in Miami, but the hotel's many different parking lots made the situation too confusing. For our two nights in this hotel, we had to park in three different locations. The first was a valet service station that was a three-minute walk away. We had to inform them the time we would be driving again so they could organize the cars, which was extremely difficult since we had no concrete plan yet. The second parking lot was located right behind the hotel, but it was also a valet and required notification. The final parking lot was a random parking lot three minutes from the hotel, and it required no valet or notification. Location is ideal, but not when you have a car.

It's a typical Japanese hotel, everything is fine. The view of the city is also good. They offer very good deals on their website if you can speak Japanese well, much better than on any of the booking sites.
