The location is excellent, just a 3minute walk from nagano station. They are an eco hotel, so they wont clean your room every day unless you place the magnetic request at your door. There is also an option for the staff to simply place new towels at your doorknob instead of entering the room, which i like because it is nonintrusive and meets my needs. With this in mind, you can refill or try out the new shampoo and shower gel on level 1. There were also several pillows available for you to choose from. One was a bit firm, but it was perfect for me. The room is small, but the layout was spacesaving. We had enough space to open two bags. Im not sure why we had a beanbag in the room, but it was unnecessary. The wifi is fast, they change the wifi password for each room daily, and you can check for it using the tv. Screencasting to the tv is also possible. The tv volume is maximum at 30. There were coinoperated washers and dryers in the hotel. There were even a lg styler. Checkin and checkout are selfservice. There are machines for you to do so. There are also staff available to help, but they dont speak english very well. If you want to forward your luggage to your next hotel, the lead time is 3 days, which is a bit long. So i recommend guests who wish to forward their luggage to the nearby 7-11. Yamato provides taq bin service, and their lead time is 1 day, request to be done by 12 noon. If you drive, there is a paid parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel offers parking tickets for 800 y per night. Parking tickets are only available from 3 pm to 10 am. Overall nothing spectacular, but this hotel meets its needs well.

This hotel is excellent and offers firstrate service. The location is excellent because it is directly across from nagano station, where everything happens. They offer welcome drinks, basic necessities, special pillows, bath salts, dehumidifier, nail clippers, and many more everyday necessities that you will never think of until you need them. You can also use the free lockers there.

Ada toko serba ada di depan hotel yang nyaman. Biasanya saya tidur di hotel tanpa bantal karena leher dan bahu saya sakit jika tidak memiliki bantal yang rendah, tetapi di hotel ini saya bisa memilih bantal sendiri dan tidur malam yang nyaman. The hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near nagano station. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and using the front desk kiosks for checkin and checkout was a breeze. The western breakfast options were plentiful. The room was compact yet clean, i found it odd that the mattress lacked a cover, and there was a brown spot in the bathroom that hadnt been cleaned. The heater functioned well, and the shower provided a refreshing heat.

Overall, excellent value for money and completely adequate for my bare necessities. I was traveling alone with a solvable bicycle and required a small lodging location for two nights to unwind after a day of riding on the country side. The location met the need, a tiny but tidy room with a firm bed. The staff was friendly and spoke some English. The hotel is a short stroll from the train station, making it quite convenient for dining. Since I'm an early riser, having a hot bowl of soba noodles with mushrooms at the station was convenient for brunch.
