[Parking Information] Effective from check-in on January 1, 2026, the following changes will apply:
From check-in until 03:00 PM the following day
JPY 2,000 per night per vehicle (tax included)
Additional charge for overtime: JPY 500 per 20 minutes (tax included)
According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Please note that the Fitness and Pool's use of staying person is limited to people 18 years or older.
Charge: 3,300 JPY per use (including consumption tax)
■ Construction Period: Wednesday 6 January 2027 – Friday 12 March 2027 ■ Lift Outage Times: During the following periods, all three lifts serving the guest floors will be out of service. ・Late on Wednesday 6 January 2027 [1:00–6:00 on Thursday 7 January] ・Late on Monday 8 March 2027 [1:00–6:00 on Tuesday 9 March] Should you require to use the lifts during the above periods, we will direct you to the emergency lifts. Please also note that, even outside these periods, there may be restrictions on lift operation depending on the progress of the works.
