[Staying With Minors]
■ Guests under 18 years of age must have a parental consent form or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
■ Guests aged 12 and under are not permitted to stay unaccompanied.
■ For more details, please refer to the FAQ “Can minors stay unaccompanied?” on the official website.

[Check-in]
■ Check-in after 11:00 PM is not available.

[Eco Cleaning]
As part of our environmentally conscious initiatives, for consecutive stays, room cleaning is provided as “Eco Cleaning” (limited to towel and bath mat replacement and trash removal).
■ In accordance with health department guidelines, full cleaning will be carried out every 4 days for hygiene reasons.
■ Towel sets (bath towel and face towel / 1 set per night) are provided free of charge.
■ Guests who would like an additional full cleaning must inform the front desk by 11:00 PM on the previous day.
■ Full cleaning includes: room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed making, and sheet change.
■ Additional full cleaning fee: JPY 800 per cleaning, payable at the property.

[Smoking Policy]
■ All guest rooms at the property are non-smoking. Requests for smoking rooms at the time of booking cannot be accommodated.

[Pets]
■ Pets are not allowed to stay at the property, regardless of the animal’s type or size.
■ Bringing pets onto the premises, including inside vehicles, is not permitted.
