[About guests under 18 years old]
■If guests under the age of 18 are using the facility alone, they must have a parental consent form or be accompanied by a guardian.
Please submit the parental consent form at the front desk when you check in. Please download the consent form from the link below and fill it out.

We do not allow guests who cannot confirm the consent form or those under the age of 12 to use the facility alone.

[About check-in]
Please note that check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM.

[About eco-cleaning]
■As part of our new environmentally friendly initiatives, our hotel will provide "eco-cleaning" (replacement of towels and bath mats and disposal of trash only) for guest staying multiple nights. In accordance with instructions from the public health center, we will be conducting a full cleaning every four days from a hygienic standpoint.
■ Towel sets (bath and face towels/one set per night) are provided free of charge.
■ If you would like an additional full cleaning, please inform the front desk by 11pm the day before. Full cleaning (room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed making, and sheet change).
Additional full cleaning fee is 800 yen per session, payable on site.

[About smoking]
■All rooms at this facility are non-smoking. Please understand that we will not be able to accommodate requests for smoking rooms when making reservations.

[About not allowing pets]
■This hotel does not allow pets, regardless of type or size, to stay with you or to be brought onto the premises (in the car, etc.).
