Guests under 18 years of age staying alone are required to provide a parental consent form or be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests aged 12 and under are not permitted to stay alone under any circumstances.

[Eco Cleaning Policy] As part of our new environmentally friendly initiatives, for guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning will be limited to eco-cleaning (replacement of towels and bathmats, and trash disposal only). However, based on health department guidance, full cleaning will be conducted once every four days for hygiene purposes.Towel sets (bath and face towels / 1 set per night) are provided free of charge.Guests who wish to request an additional full cleaning service must notify the front desk by 11:00 PM the day before. Full cleaning includes room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed-making, and sheet replacement. An additional full cleaning fee of JPY 800 per session applies and is payable on-site.

[Smoking Policy] All rooms are non-smoking. The property cannot accommodate requests for smoking rooms made at the time of reservation.

[Pet Policy] The property does not allow pets of any kind or size. Bringing pets onto the premises (including inside vehicles) is also prohibited.

[Check-in Policy] Check-in is not available after 12:00 AM.
