[Important Notice Regarding the Introduction of Morioka City Accommodation Tax]
Due to revisions to Morioka City ordinances, from October 1, 2026 (Thursday) onwards, the following accommodation tax will be charged separately from the accommodation fee: ・200 yen per person per night *The price displayed at the time of booking includes consumption tax, but does not include the accommodation tax. *Even if you made a reservation before September 30, 2026, the accommodation tax will apply to stays from October 1st onwards. *In the case of reservations with advance payment, there may be a difference between the amount paid on the site and the amount the hotel actually receives from the site. Therefore, even if the amount paid at the time of booking is exempt from the accommodation tax, you may be required to pay the accommodation tax separately at check-in. Please be aware of this in advance.
Starting 1 October 2026, local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:

【Accommodation Tax from 1 October 2026 onwards】
For all room rates: JPY 200 per person per night

*For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
*Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.
