When we came from New Zealand, we visited. The hotel was suggested by a daughter who is living in Karma. The atmosphere was excellent and the service was polite and informative. The rooms were a great size, spotless, well-stocked, and in a perfect position. Five minutes drive would take you to Mito train station. A supermarket, a brewery, a fantastic food and beer, coffee shops, a family store, and a ton of other establishments were all located in the same building. On Sunday, we had a nice brunch in the hotel restaurant. We had a lot of joy, and we would definitely return here if the need came again.

I believe that I will never book a room here again. This place is run by business travelers who are not willing to travel through the city and are looking for a place to stay close to the train station. The price they charged was very competitive with this place, and yet, the room was clean, the bed was still comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and it's just that the place is just like a plastic box with a tech toilet.

I stayed here for 2 nights on business. 70 euros for a spacious, well-equipped and spotless single room. Breakfast was good and filling. Staff were really kind and professional. Very convenient location next to train and bus stations, main shops and restaurants.

Very good hotel in close proximity to train station and shopping mall. Rooms are fairly big, but it's difficult to see more light through the mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast is nice but in the end it was boring. I recommend exploring other restaurants as they are quite plentiful.

I suggest this place to anyone who wants to travel with family or work. This is a great hotel. It is located just outside of the metro terminal. In essence, you can find anything close to the station. The room is clean, spacious, and has a humidifier. Excellent service. I haven't tried the food, but it looks nice and good. Nothing to complain about.
