Underbar personal, resans mest gästvänliga. Frukosten var kanon med bra utbud. Läget var bra, något mer ruffigt område än Nishishinsaibashi, men kändes varken osäkert eller otrevligt. Rummet var helt ok, lite basic men rent och allt vi behövde fanns. Fick ett rum högst upp med dubbla fönster mot Dotonbori och hustaken. Positivt tills vi upptäckte hur mycket huset svajade. Förstår att det är husets struktur för att klara jordbävningar, men jag var sjösjuk ett långt tag efter vår visit. Skulle bo här igen bara för underbar personal och frukost!

Great clean hotel and friendly staff. Walkable to Dotonbori area. Super convenient however the room is so small for a family of four. We heard ambulance noise at night I guess there is hospital nearby. So far good stay. Also they don’t provide room service except take away the trash and free water bottles.

Breakfast was the BEST! Location awesome! Tons of shopping close-by! Train station close - five minute walk away! Staff Great! Helped with forwarding Luggage, which is the best service ever! I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were also a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to get around. It was close to Dotonbori so it was loud at night. There were a few small areas that could be improved, but overall, the experience was really good. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay.
