Saya sering mengunjungi mereka dalam perjalanan pulang dan saya tidak punya keluhan. Layanan mulai pukul 20.00 Setelah check-in bagus dan sarapannya enak. Staf sangat responsif dan saya selalu memiliki pengalaman menginap yang nyaman tanpa keluhan.

Ini adalah kedua kalinya saya menginap di sini, tapi bersih dan nyaman. Sarapannya penuh dengan salad, yang enak karena Anda suka sayuran. Ada juga oyaki lokal, jadi saya ingin membelinya. Saya khawatir tempat parkirnya jauh, tapi akan lebih sempurna jika saya bisa berhenti sedikit di dekatnya.

I had a great time and will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. This was the best hotel i stayed in japan for my 16 day trip! The staff at this hotel were very friendly and even tried to speak english to me. One thing that really surprised me was that they offer free ice cream / ramen from 8 pm to 10 pm! Thats really thoughtful of them. Thank you for thinking so much about your customers. The room was clean and nice for the affordable price. Thank you so much to the staff for making me feel comfortable and welcome.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Just a fiveminute walk will get you to the matsumoto railway station. When i arrived at night, they gave me a delicious surprise by providing me with a bowl of ramen. It was a nice gesture. I didnt have time to explore the hotels other amenities.

Lokasinya sangat bagus dekat stasiun. Tidak ada tempat parkir khusus, tetapi ada tempat parkir bertingkat yang berjarak sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki. Biayanya sekitar 1200 yen untuk satu malam termasuk diskon. Makanan prasmanan di sarapan pagi kualitasnya biasa saja, tapi nasi putihnya lama habis, jadi saya hanya makan lauk sekitar 15 menit. Tamu lain juga sedikit kesal. Saya sangat kecewa karena nasinya masih keras karena waktu kukusnya kurang. Menurut saya, lebih baik mereka menawarkan ramen gratis yang sama seperti Yonagi Soba, layanan gratis yang berafiliasi dengan Kyoritsu Maintenance.

This hotel is relatively new and only a few minutes from the train station. Its about 15 minutes walk from the amazing matsumoto castle. My room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. There is very little noise from the street. The price is very reasonable. Overall, i was very happy!.

A fantastic hotel. Modern and spacious rooms, large comfortable beds, very close to the train or bus station, and the best breakfast buffet ive seen in japan, with an incredible variety of vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, cooked foods, granola, and drinks. Japanese and western cuisine, everything is labeled in english with allergen information, so even a vegan like me could eventually find plenty of food. Also, my room had a very nice view of the mountains. Felt like 5 stars!.

Hotel ini memiliki staf yang terlatih dan memberikan layanan yang menyenangkan. Kamarnya bersih dan luas, serta fasilitasnya modern. Meskipun saya tidak sarapan, namun ada layanan ramen gratis di malam hari dan rasanya sangat enak, jadi saya yakin sarapannya juga enak. Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi lain kali. Selain itu, Gusto terdekat berada di lantai pertama hotel lain (dengan kenyamanan tetapi Anda dapat masuk dan sarapan di sana. Rasanya sangat lezat dengan deretan hidangan khas Nagano.

I would like to return. The breakfast was the most delectable of all the hotels close to matsumoto station, which i stayed at. There are so many different seasonings that it can be confusing, and they are particularly particular about their salads.

If i get the chance, i would like to use it again. The hotels interior was immaculate and had a pleasant atmosphere. As part of the welcome service, we were given either ramen or dessert. I was exhausted from checking in late because i had just returned from work, but after eating the ramen, i felt relieved.

The hotel is beautiful, it meets all our needs and exceeds our expectations, especially with free dinner and an amazing breakfast buffet. Even the most basic items feel luxurious and of premium quality. Parking can be a problem as it is a short walk from the hotel itself.
