In recent years, bear sightings have been reported in various regions across the country.
We understand that some guests may feel concerned, but at Iconia Hospitality, we are committed to implementing safety measures so that families with children and elderly guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

【Main Measures Implemented at the Hotel】
・We regularly check local bear sighting information.
・We maintain communication with the police, fire department, and relevant local organizations to ensure preparedness.
・Garbage is managed in secured areas with lids or doors to prevent attracting bears.
・Bear bells, flashlights, and bear spray are available at the front desk.
　Please note that available equipment may vary by facility.
If a bear is sighted on hotel premises, we will promptly inform guests via the public address system and coordinate with the police and fire department. Please follow the instructions of our staff in such cases.

【Requests to Our Guests】
・Please refrain from going outside at night or after dusk as much as possible.
・Do not leave food or garbage around the hotel premises.
・If you have any concerns, feel free to contact the front desk at any time.

All staff members will continue to prioritize safety management so that everyone can enjoy a secure and pleasant stay.
Children from 0 to 2 year(s) old will be charged JPY 1650 per child per night when using existing bedding.
Guests should inform the property for expected arrival time. Guests can use the Special Requests box to contact the property.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund would be provided.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
