Please note that private vehicles are prohibited from entering the Kamikochi area.
Guests driving their own cars are required to park their vehicles at the Sawando Parking lot or Akandana Parking lot, and take the bus from there.
Please be informed that the gate at the entrance of the Kamikochi area closes at 19:00 every day.
The area cannot be accessed after that time.
On the day of your stay, if your arrival at the property will be later than 04:00 PM, please call the property in advance so your dinner may be prepared accordingly.
Most people make their way to Kamikochi via public transportation.
When you look at schedules for buses and trains, please ensure that buses are actually running on the dates on which you wish to travel. Also, check that you will arrive in time to transfer buses. Last buses can be fairly early in the mountains and mistaking train and bus times can result in having to take taxis to get over or off the mountains.

This property's room are all non-smoking, and the bedding configuration is fixed for all rooms.
So these special requests would not be able to be honored. Please make sure to select the requested room type upon reservation.
