According to local tax regulation from October 1, 2021, the tax rates per person per night are as follows:
Accommodation tax JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates for room rate JPY 10,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rate of JPY 15,000 and over per night.
According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge (per person per night) from October 1, 2021.

■Notice of Renovation Work Throughout the Hotel

Interior construction work will be carried out during the period indicated below.
During this period, construction work that generates noise will be conducted, and workers will be entering and leaving the hotel building.

【Period During Which Cleaning Services Will Be Unavailable】 July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026 (scheduled)

■Notice of Exterior Wall, Exterior Grounds, and Rooftop Maintenance Work
Maintenance work on the exterior walls, exterior grounds, and rooftop will be carried out during the period indicated below.
Throughout the construction period, scaffolding and protective sheeting will be installed around the entire building, and workers may pass outside guest room windows.
In addition, guest room windows will not be able to be opened or closed for safety reasons.

【Working Hours】 8:30–17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Breakfast service will be suspended from July 6, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (scheduled) due to renovation of the breakfast area.

[Cleaning service suspension] From July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (scheduled).

[Temporary closure due to building facilities maintenance work] Closure period: Monday, August 3, 2026 to Friday, August 7, 2026.

[Notice of hot water storage tank cleaning (no hot water available)] Due to cleaning, hot water will not be available in guest rooms and throughout the property during the following time: Friday, August 21, 2026, 10:00 AM– 2:00 PM.
